WHAT: Join us on a virtual tour of the extraordinary excavation site of Pompeii, just 30 min train ride from Sorrento, with our archaeology faculty , and learn what your students and kids experience while in Sorrento ! please register here and you will receive a link to participate on Zoom

WHAT: As part of the DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) club, students will participate to a Sensory deprivation experience. The goal is sensitizing students about the disability in moving, hearing and seeing.
The idea behind this project is to give to the students the opportunity to increase their personal grown by knowing more about the “diversity” around them. There is no intention to question political opinions or personal choices of students, but only the will to make them understand that there can be enrichment in comparison with those who think differently and that the full conquest of their rights you have what everyone has equal rights and possibilities. Educating them to empathy and respect, principles that fully represent the Sant’Anna Institute mission.

WHAT: Announcing the winners of the reclying contest! Fall 2023 students have been invited to a recycling contest, brainstorming ideas on how to recycle a waste object, preferably made of plastic.
Prizes:
- 1st place: $70 amazon gift card
- 2nd place: dinner for 1 in local restaurant, 2 dishes + dessert and water
- 2rd place: Sant’Anna water bottle!
To enter the contest, please bring your creation to Directors’ office (room 12, 1st floor) by Wednesday Nov 15th at 2 pm
Winner will be established by a committee composed of Sant’Anna Director of Study Abroad, Student Engagement Supervisor and Sustainability Faculty
